Mars.com has been redesigned recently. The design needs to be incorporated into the market level site throughout the world. Since there are 29 countries using 33 different languages, the client would like to have the regional marketing team to build and own the site content. Some countries have very small marketing team so we need to keep the site simple for their technical and budget needs.
We did content audit for all the regional sites. By analyzing all the content we decided to create eight templates to accommodate all content needs. Utilizing the current Mars.com CMS we were able to give the regional marketing team a Do-It-Yourself kit.
